Tristana is the foundation of our yoga practice: breath, energy and focus. We use tristana to connect our minds and bodies and stay present in our practice.

Alexis came to yoga as a passionate marathon runner with "no interest in stretching". After her first class in 2012 she realized it was so much more than stretching.

Alexis has trained in power, rocket and yin yogas as well as yoga sculpt. She has over 7 years and 3,000 hours of yoga instruction.

There is something beautiful in the freedom of breath based movement. Alexis strives to create a practice space where students can come and practice as they are. You can expect an adaptable and energetic flow, precise cueing, and helpful verbal assists.

Classes can be adapted for all experience levels, mobility and energy level.
