YOGA

According to the yoga sutras there are eight limbs of yoga. Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation) may be familiar concepts.

All yoga asana comes from Hatha yoga. At the core of our practices here at Tristana Yoga, you'll find Ashtanga Yoga.  Ashtanga is a vinyasa style (meaning breath based movements) of yoga that works around set sequences and the use of tristana.

Breathe. Pose. Repeat. A strong and steady paced format that focuses on sequence and repetition.

ABS + ASSETS

Power Hour with additional focus on core, glutes and legs.

ROCKET

Sequences created by Larry Schultz that build strength, flexibility and confidence.
ROCKET 1
Focuses on forward bends and seated postures of the Ashtanga Primary Series.
ROCKET 2
Focuses on backbends and hips of the Ashtanga Intermediate Series.
ROCKET 3

The "happy hour" gives you a two for one special! Rocket 1 + Rocket 2 (typically 90 min)
