According to the yoga sutras there are eight limbs of yoga. Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation) may be familiar concepts.
All yoga asana comes from Hatha yoga. At the core of our practices here at Tristana Yoga, you'll find Ashtanga Yoga. Ashtanga is a vinyasa style (meaning breath based movements) of yoga that works around set sequences and the use of tristana.
