What should I do if I don't receive the Zoom code?

Please text us at (202) 350-1975. For your first class, we recommend signing up at least 24 hours in advance so we have plenty of time to resolve.

What will I need for practice?

It's great if you have a mat, but you don't need one to practice. 

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing

I've never done yoga before. Will I be able to follow along?

Absolutely! Our instructors do a great job of cueing postures. It may take a couple of classes for you to learn the posture names but have patience for yourself. You're learning something new.

Do the instructors demo?

Sometimes. We use breath, posture and alignment cues to guide you through the practice. We use our eyes on expertise to help offer adjustments to the class.

Do I have to leave my video on?

No. We use the video to help offer eyes on adjustments you might make to the postures. Feel free opt out if you prefer a private practice.

I have an injury and can't do certain movements. Can I still take class?

When it comes to injuries, please check with your doctor first. There are lots of modifications we can offer you for a group class setting. You may also be interested in setting up a 30 minute private session to discuss one-on-one specific questions and modifications.

What happens if the internet goes down?

It can happen. If it's on our end, we'll rejoin the meeting as soon as we can. If it's your internet, just follow the Zoom link in your email to rejoin when you can. 

What's your cancellation policy?

Please cancel your class at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time or a class will be deducted from your pass.
